Confused? Wondering what the peas are doing there? – Well you’re not the only one! It’s true that you’ll hardly ever find “mushy peas” served with your meal in most fish and chip shops. However, on our Ireland trip, we got yummy mushy peas with mint to go with our freshly fried cod at every single pub, even Marge’s Fish’n Chips shop on the coast on the Dingle Peninsula.
